freemova, Inc. has grown to 500 employees five years after its establishment. With its main focus on the human resources business, Free Mova is expanding rapidly. As the company's recognition grows daily, it took about a year to implement a branding strategy to elevate the company to the next level. Our company was tasked with producing the main branding video, resulting in the captivating visual of a whale swimming in the sky over Shibuya.

The concept for this visual stemmed from the idea of defying even the common sense of physics, symbolizing a new company in 2021 that isn't bound by traditional norms. Free Mova breaks down various barriers such as academic background, age, gender, and experience. We conducted a series of planning meetings and created detailed storyboards, which culminated in the striking image of a whale floating above Shibuya, where Free Mova is headquartered.
